Think of it as a growing experience

Pros

Team is stacked with great people who will inspire you to improve your work. The company is very quick to adopt valuable tools and technology. You can take off when you need to with unlimited vacation.

Cons

Across the board, compensation is way below market, even after considering the value of benefits. If money is important to you, look somewhere else. Long hours with a workload that can make it more desirable to work on the weekends than not. Equity offered to employees is pretty negligible.

TrackMaven fosters a culture of transparency and provides our mavens many forums to communicate their ideas and concerns. These forums include weekly manager 1:1's and quarterly performance reviews. Our goal is to provide our mavens opportunities to be heard and have their concerns addressed. "Amazing Growth Opportunity with an Amazing Team"

Pros

-Company is growing at an extremely fast rate -The team here isn't only extremely hardworking and intelligent, but they're fun too! -Great corporate culture -Good compensation and benefits package -Free lunch every day -Many after-work events like happy hours and bowling nights -Very transparent

Cons

-Every now and again lunch isn't good -Not a con, but the hours are long. By no means is this a 9-5 place.

Fast paced, fast growing, and fun company

Pros

Everyone is intelligent and hardworking. Since the company is growing so fast there are a lot of individual growth opportunities making it an ideal place to work for a long period of time. Coming from a company that was a startup 10 years ago, and hit wall growth wise, the growth opportunity here is immense because you have the chance to help build and be part of the legacy. The company's fast pace means you learn a lot very quickly and you need to have the enthusiasm and energy to keep up but when you do it is exciting to see so your, and the team's, progress. - Compensation is good - Growth opportunities great! - Catered lunches - Commuting benefit - Fun people & company culture - Other fun activities (ex. game night)

Cons

Catered lunches may be hard for those with dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.) Fast growth = sometimes playing catch up Sometimes long hours
