Pros

I echo all the other pros people have touched on, ie benefits, catered lunch, office dog! The company is also commited to providing a great work environment that cultivates creativity and professional development. They've started a program called TM Talks where a new speaker presents at lunch every Friday. These types of things will continue to make this a great place to come to work every day.

Cons

Nothing big.... As we grow at a super fast pace we need to make sure we scale our plans and processes accordingly.

Pros

Constant new challenges and a management team that supports addressing them creatively. Very collegial atmosphere. Employees eat lunch together daily (see benefits, below), often socialize outside of work. Almost everyone seems to really enjoy their work and being here and interpersonal interactions reflect that. World class benefits like no-deductible health insurance, a walking-to-work benefit, and. . .my favorite. . .lunch delivered daily (free to all employees, staff). Plenty of autonomy for employees. Strong commitment to company culture at all levels.

Cons

Growing pains from time-to-time. TM is growing FAST and number of employees is expected to double by EOY 2015. . . some systems take a little while to catch up. Work day is rarely 9 - 5. Long hiring process might frustrate some candidates.

Pros

Amazing benefits like walk-to-work bonus, premium insurance, catered lunch Awesome culture. We have fun company events and an amazingly smart and talented team. I truly love the people I work with everyday. Endless opportunities if you work hard and demonstrate success. Data-driven culture so you never need to wonder where you are and how you are doing.

Cons

Need to be prepare for growing pains. We are growing so quickly that it takes time for processes to be ironed out.
