      Pros

      Not a lot of good to say about this place. It's a job and that's about it. Met a lot of good people there and enjoyed the work and the people I worked with at store level.

      Cons

      Low pay, high expectations from upper management. They have been getting rid of full time loyal employees in favor of part time people to avoid paying benefits and save themselves money. No training for new employees. Company listened to, and took care of it's employees under the previous CEO, but now seems to be primarily fueled by greed.

      Pros

      Wide variety of products, fun coworkers, flexible schedule, closes earlier than many retailers, unique culture and customer base.

      Cons

      Upper management is useless and doesn't care about individual store needs, always out of stock on what we need and have too much of things we never sell, communication is nearly nonexistent, warehouse ships inventory far too early or in ridiculous excess, payroll is always declining regardless of how well the store is doing, management is overworked and expected to fill in gaps due to budget cuts, training is minimal and leaves you feeling unequipped for your job.
