Pros
Great health and retirement benefits. Decent opportunities for advancement from team member to store manager.
Cons
They are always cutting payroll, even when sales are exceptional, which is ridiculous, because more sales equals more profit. It's often overwhelming for the entire team. The amount of freight/feed vs. the amount of team members is most often overwhelming, the buyers are always sending too much overstock and we never have enough payroll to compensate.
