Mediocre pay, not enough hours to really survive on. management pushes too hard on the PLCC, not as upwardly mobile as was led to believe

The companies only focus is the all mighty dollar. The "investor" is what matters. The stores work on a skeleton budget when in comes to payroll. You will run in circles trying to help as many customers as possible and then run out to load up . Not to mention all the online orders that come in. When you speak about needing more people, corporate does not listen . The company put a big push out for hiring at all locations company wide, but then never adjusted payroll to account for new people. So , those people get less and less hours until they just quit. They will push credit card signups , neighbors club sign ups warranty add ons. So much so that you can be written up and fired because customers say no.
