Pay roll, closing with only 2 people in the store. So its myself and a cashier for 6 hours. When a sale comes they do it on freight night so you'd have to put out the ad that night before it starts. putting it out that night on top of everything makes customers mad. Lunches don't happen at night because there is only 2 people. even when you try to sit down for 5 minutes you get called to help a customer. I have been told to work off the clock, and my lunches don't matter. They say people get 2 -10 minutes paid breaks and one un-paid lunch. Those 10 minute breaks aren't real. I am senior lead but I do everything. When I was regular lead and all I had to do was signage and price Changes I was still scheduled closing. Closing gives you about 2-3 hours to do projects. After that the rest of the night should be cleaning up the store, cleaning chicks, pet wash, bathrooms, mowers, front facing, down stocking, watering plants and helping customers.

Poor training, rules change constantly no communication, district managers play favorites with managers that kissup. Will fire you after 13 years with out reason, never eleven had a write up
