Understaffed is a polite way of saying how they run their business.No true leadership.Always moving people around to put the employees in temp spots leading them to think they will be promoted.Underpaying employees promising raises if they do more of other seniors workers jobs all along never promoting the employees as promised.If you speak up about issues you will be treated horribly by other team mates who management has allowed to be their spokes person.If you want to be led on by management about you future this is the job for you.
