      Overtime pay and holiday pay

      Promised better hours but forced to 1-2 days overtime. Terrible management. Terrible turnover rate.

      Customers bringing animals in the store.

      Cons

      Pay is awful for what they ask you to do (moving HUNDREDS 50-80LB bags of feed) Lack of training makes it difficult to do things efficiently Refuse to promote within unless they like you (or are above the age of 21) REFUSED TO PROMOTE ME AT 18 HAVING BEEN THERE 3 YEARS. Lots of cons and very few pros if any. Not worth the time.

      DMs change all the time for the worse. They preach being positive but are extremely negative and rude to employees. Work hard, forget family.
