      Pros

      It pays money. 15.25hr to be exact. Only pro and trust me it's not worth the money. Every year you are promised a raised, but literally no one has every gotten one due to "budget".

      Cons

      Don't work here if you want to have any life outside of work what so ever. Hours will leave you wondering what day it is and will burn you out. One week you will work from 6 am - 3pm , the next you may work 2 pm - 11pm. You are "off every other weekend". You work 12 days without two days off in a row, Typically about 5 days between these single days off, then you get a weekend off every other weekend. Sweat shop of the company. You literally can not leave your desk to go to the bathroom unless you want to cut into one of your two 15 minute timed breaks. Standing up is discouraged as well. Other departments do not take you seriously as part of the company. While everyone else is enjoying Christmas, you'll be working. While all other departments enjoy time with their family, you will be working. While the rest of the company enjoys labor day weekend. You will be working. A failing company with poor everything. Poor training, poor ethics, no accountability and the most sad thing of all is that they don't even realize that their business is failing. They actually believe they are a "great" company. It's really just sad.

      Pros

      Strong culture with focus on Mission & Values. The company is investing in technology to drive business growth, including innovative digital retail capabilities (e.g. in-store kiosks, mobility, etc.). Exciting time to be working in the IT department, supporting new initiatives such as One Tractor.

      Cons

      Traffic in/out of Maryland Farms can be challenge at times, although the city is working to improve congestion with several street widening projects.
