Pros

Good pay on Sunday, good pay during COVID

Cons

Felt as if upper management was trying to squeeze out part timers, ie students, retirees, disabled crew members. If you only worked minimum hours you weee made to feel less than. “It’s like when your here we don’t even know your here”was told to me about a month back from my return to work from being hospitalized, It was suggested maybe I should quit by my Mate, to get the rest I needed. I did not feel supported and ended up leaving after being there 3 years, I felt bullied by several mates.

Pros

Decent benefits, when you meet hours. Flexible hours - early and late shifts can accommodate most needs (this is a big selling point in interview)

Cons

Management is notorious for retaliation when you are not liked or raise safety concerns, they do this by changing your schedule or withholding a raise. They don’t adhere to safety protocols in foos sampling. If you are dropped shifts without warning, which happens whenever they feel like you can come up short on needed hours for benefits. They are very strong union busters, even going as far as firing people they think might be interested in a union even without proof.
