Senior leadership has lost the trust of the employees.

Where to begin? When I first joined Traliant, it was a great place to work! Hard work paid off and employees were proud of their contributions to the company. Morale was high and people bragged about working there. Then enter PSG, an investment company that bought Traliant and then acquired two additional companies, back-to-back in 2023. With the first acquisition, so many valuable and talented legacy Traliant employees were laid off, but no one was let go from the company that Traliant acquired. It was as if the other company acquired Traliant. Work loads increased for remaining employees, stress levels were high, and morale began declining. Within a few months, Traliant acquired another company and things got worse, if that were even possible. More talented folks had their positions eliminated on the Traliant side - which can be interpreted as "you are going to cost us more than others we are bringing on, so we need to go the cheap route and let you go". PSG is focused on their bottom line only. They don't care about employees and their loyalty to Traliant and how dedicated they were to the success of the company. They only care to show profit so they look more attractive for someone else to buy the company. PSG brought on a new CEO last fall, who provided nothing but empty promises, and then they brought on a new CRO, who heads up sales and customer success. The CRO didn't bother getting to know existing employees and truly understanding the value people brought to the organization. He heartlessly laid people off as directed by PSG and the board, who were looking at keeping people who would cost the company less. The joke is on them when some of those people didn't last, and now it's costing Traliant more to hire and onboard new people from the ground up. If you are considering working here, please don't. You will hear a lot of fake enthusiasm and "rah-rah's", but you will mean NOTHING to this company as an individual. Don't just walk away from Traliant - run as fast as you can.
