Pros
The company is very Midwestern in the sense that people are extremely friendly and go out of their way to engage you in various activities. The work load is very standard and depending on your manager you might get very interesting projects to work on. The pay is decent with above average benefits wrt medical and 401k. Overall a great company to work in with excellent colleagues.
Cons
Growth appears to be slow with no clear persuasion coming from upper management. Very little vertical visibility which might not be ideal for ambitious people.
