Management is there to crunch numbers and beat you up until you get there. They put you on a draw plan that starts the minute you’re back from training which immediately racks up debt to the company in order to pay yourself. If you want to leave while still “owing “ them money they threaten to have you pay it back or they will sue you for what is owed. When a work environment is toxic, but you are forced to stay, nothing good will come out of it for either the employer or the employee. If you’re hesitant about sales, think about starting somewhere else
