Good coworkers, and good management at the highest levels. Amazing company transparency. Excellent work/life balance and overtime/weekend requests were seldom but very reasonable.

Cons

Field personnel was considered the lowest of the low, even though nobody else at the company had a clue how to do their jobs. No credit is ever given where due. Middle management was a cluster *&^%. Managers changed every 3-6 months, and each one had different ideas as to what priorities should be, despite higher management always giving the same directives. Equipment NEVER worked straight from the factory. EVER.

Micromangment 101 and very narrow minded management. The “Good ol’boys” club is alive and well here
