Meet real cool people! An learn a lot about air conditioning.

You work long hours for same pay, the only people that make money are the managers an sales man and if your temp good luck you wont be working for the company for at least a year or 2

Flexible work hours, well-known brand (for better or for worse), good work-life balance

Cons

* Extremely toxic sales culture * Awful compensation plan for controls account managers * Horrible training program * Poor position in the market * Poor leadership * Poor internal structure * Outdated internal software * I could go on and on. This job really is awful. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
