      4 days on 4 days off

      Cons

      For first year of working you get limited paid time off 40 hours for the first year but you haft to earn the time off so every money you gain some hours for time off you don't get them all at once

      Pros

      I have worked for Trans Ash for some time now and I can honestly say I found the place that I want to stay, grow and retire from. Many long-term employees here because it is a welcoming family business culture. Normal M-F office hours, personal workspace to make your own (it is NOT a cubicle farm like some businesses). Better than average pay and many benefit options to fit your personal needs. Best of all are the people I get to work for and with. Leadership here are professional, welcoming and great to work with.

      Cons

      I-75 traffic during rush hour is the only con I can think of.
