To be able to work for Transash long term, you will probably have to travel unless you end up on a site that has a long term contract.

You get to meet some genuinely good people.

Cons

- Lack of support - Lack of trust - Poor communication - No room for growth - Low pay and benefits (for a construction company it may be good but not for the training profession) - Non-flexible working environment - No room for creativity - Negative misconceptions on the structure and function of a training department - Terrible work culture - Small corporate staff but there is a clique specifically for those selected to join (if you're not in it, your job is always at risk)
