Some smart people working that make the day to day not so bad. Unfortunately turnover is very high as the company culture is lacking.

Cons

- Management does not care about the people - HR has brought on a new team, all are directors or above and only listen to the CEO. No HR programs or events. - CEO basically runs it like a hierarchy, your opinion doesn't matter - Company culture and morale is non existent, the employee experience from start to finish was terrible.
