      Only cares about people if they’re dead or dying

      Pros

      I can’t think of one positive thing. I really wish I could. On the surface, the mission is amazing, but peel the layers back and you’ll find that greed and ego is what is running this company under the facade of a meaningful mission.

      Cons

      Everything. Don’t be lured by recruiters (that don’t even work there) who tell you all the good they’re doing or the company’s bright future. The CEO changes his mind more than you change your underwear - you’ll think you’ve got something great and they’ll rip the rug from under you, or change direction completely without any legitimate plans or reasons. You’ll become one of the “idiots” on Waleed’s long list of failures if you don’t just go along with every suggestion or show enough emotion at the appropriate times. This is a guy that doesn’t care about anything other than his ego and money. I’m convinced his heart is actually living in a box somewhere and he is hollow. He needs to sell the business or get out of the way so others can actually make it work effectively and for the long term.

      Be Weary

      Pros

      The more senior clinical staff are fantastic to work with and are supportive of the specialists.

      Cons

      The company is not ran in an efficient way. Any feedback given by staff to help make a potential area better/more efficient is seen as a threat. This is not a company that will thrive when it’s being run by people with large vulnerable egos.
