Micromanagement, disorganized, embarrassing lack of policy and procedure for a company that touts itself as being a "disruptor" in the medical device industry.

Great Company and Leadership

Pros

Excellent leadership and corporate success. A leader in the industry. Spares no expesse to providing best technology and workplace tools. Bosses are very flexible.

Cons

15 days of call 24/7. Need to be able to get to HUB within 1 Hr of case activation. Days off on weekdays they expect you to still be in your local hub area and available via phone during normal Business hours. I dont think they should be able to tell you where you have to be when not on call. Rest periods after a 24 hour long case could be better.
