Pros

Lots of overtime, if that's what you want.

Cons

Hot warehouse, hotter than outside, people who can't speak english guiding you by pointing like you're supposed to know what to do. You are expected to work 12 hours everyday, and if you don't give a work atleast a weak and let them know you can't do the job they reduce your pay to minimum wage.

Pros

AWS ✅ Bonus ✅ Company Transport ✅

Cons

A company that used to be excellent has gone completely downhill ever since an incompetent manager was parachuted in. This so-called “Ms. Lee” is utterly useless — loud voice aside, she literally brings nothing to the table. Her English is terrible, her Excel skills are limited to basic arithmetic, and she has no idea how to use the system. Worst of all, she takes credit for the team’s work when reporting to upper management, and when mistakes happen, she runs off crying to them. Working under a boss like her means there’s absolutely no chance of career growth. My sincere advice: do not apply for any position in her department.

Pros

Great Place – If You Enjoy Office Politics

Cons

This company suffers from poor management and a lack of structure, leading to very high turnover. Productivity is low as employees often appear busy while spending excessive time chatting. There’s little to no teamwork—gossip, blame-shifting, and backstabbing are common. A toxic culture of mistrust has taken root, and leadership seems to tolerate it. Without real reform in leadership and internal culture, the company is unlikely to improve or remain competitive.
