- Great culture - Wonderful environment - Opportunity for fast career progression and to make a reasonable large sums of money through commission.

Cons

- Long minimum hours and no flexibility around this, can be periods of time without anything to do. - Lack of holiday. - Slightly too aggressive sales culture.
