Pros

At 23 you can be client facing, and by 24-1/2 you can be looked at as a Sr. person in your office. -That is, if you can make it for more than 1 year.

Cons

I've met amazing people here, but everyone leaves. Visit an office and you'll see an extremely young staff and a small handful of people above 26. -Official (minimum) office hours are 8:30am-6:30pm, use your laptop or cell to cover the other hours. -There is no work-life balance whatsoever. You are expected to answer emails at any time of the day/night/holiday/vacation. -You will hear or read the word "awesome" 30+ times a day. -You will be bombarded with emails and cc'd on 30 distribution lists where 5 people will reply all.

Pros

It pays the bills while you actively search for something better and more humane.

Cons

-Everyone but Sales is treated like garbage. -CS doesn't get any commission overrides although it's the division that grows and retains all accounts. -Salary and benefits are laughable. -Bonuses are generally paid 4 to 6 months late. I'm thinking this is a way of keeping people around longer and/or prolonging resignations. -No career advancement if you're (a) not kissing up to upper management and (b) not an old friend of the "higher ups". -"Frat" mentality in almost every aspect of the business. Ask someone with tenure in Sales about "pushups". It's disgraceful and probably illegal. If that's not enough, ask about the "Hall of Shame." -Lying to clients is the norm just so deals are won (e.g. hard to feel good about what you do when you know you're not providing what the client asked for). -Everyone is overworked which leads to low morale, low quality deliverables, and a perception of a "cheap" company. -Processes/QA are generally broken since the company relies on outsourcing most linguistic duties.
