Pros

Very diverse office with individuals from all over the world which makes the job fun and the days enjoyable. If you do well there is a lot of opportunity to move locations.

Cons

The company will work you (think late nights, weekends) but will not pay you for that work and will not show you any gratitude. Thank less work.

Pros

-There are some great managers there that really care about their people. If you get one of them you will be successful and shielded from politics -Promote from within -Easy to make changes, company is very flexible and often looking for people to develop and drive new divisions or changes -Develop and build a solid book of business -Some of the smartest and dedicated people in production and technology -Good commission plan

Cons

-Senior Sales Management is a dictatorship, no checks and balances. No sales policies are written down so things can change on a whim depending on how you are "perceived" by senior leaders -No recruitment plan, sales people have to do their own recruitment, also ALL new hires for the sales team have to interview with 5 different people from the senior management team, just very inefficient -While commission plan is good, you are on a draw -Senior management has a bullying mentality, passive aggressive emails are the norm -Limited time off policy, must accrue time -No work life balance, you are expected to be on call 24/7, people can burn out very easily this way -Lack of professionalism at the senior management level, boys club mentality -Management decisions are often made to please one senior manager, leadership is not valued or squashed -No formal training program, people are expected to train their colleagues without a formalized process in place. Doesn't set people up to succeed.

Pros

Can't find pros yet..Still I need to fill up 20 word mimimum.

Cons

There will be tons of emails you will receive overnight, spend all day on sorting out and deleting email. I wish I could escape from this kind of work. With a lot of work with good compensation, I would not complain.but ended up like you work 24 hours due to useless conference calls and interference. The company is so small that the work is not organized and settled, many clients started complaining about receiving coldcall. It is not important how much you can expand the market but how you can retain your customers. Quit thinking of 3000 mailers a month will do the trick. Clients come to you not because of mailers and pamphlets, but because of quality and ISO9001 and ENXXX and nice service.
