Pros

With this being my first real career job it's an environment that definitely pushes you to take on a lot of challenging projects for high profile clients. Production managers are relatable, and do seem to care about their teams. Projects are interesting, company cultural has a lot of energy, and great , talented people. Overall there are good opportunities for growth if you stand out and stick through it for a generally tough first year. Travel opportunities are a plus too.

Cons

Compensation is below average for the area, and upper sales management's self-deification couldn't be more obnoxious, but fortunately in production I rarely needed to deal with them.

Pros

Huge opportunities for growth and advancement (I've not personally experienced this but some of my colleagues have), mostly young employees eager to do well, fast-paced environment (if you're into that sort of thing), opportunities for travel, competitive entry salary and benefits

Cons

Lack of ongoing, consistent, formalized training. Huge lack of company culture - there seem to be pretty wilted efforts to build a company culture. This results in something that, in my opinion, screams "boring corporate entity". Lots of inconsistency across productivity channels - some things that seem like they should be standardized are not, which leads to a lot of confusion and inability to pinpoint when things go wrong. Also, work/life balance is difficult. Expect to work 9-10 hours every day. A standard 8-hour workday here doesn't really exist. Weekend work also happens.
