      Nice salary and benefits. Good training, nice coworkers

      Workforce management sucks ! the workforce management team in the tempe office is a joke. It is a bunch of lazy and incompetent ladies who are only there because they are friends with upper management. They literally spend their days walking around and chatting instead of doing their job, they can make your life quite hard if you are an interpreter as they are in charge of your day off request as well as your schedule and only grant you time off and good schedule if you are their friends.

      Freelancers beware, checks come arbitrarily

      Pros

      Their "pay rates" might be good, but they will tie up your schedule in odd ways.

      Cons

      Checks may be sent early at times, but then sometimes you may get a payment way late and good luck trying to get a human to help you or give any type of legal respect to what "payment terms" mean. This is because projects are consolidated onto a check. You never really know when you will get payment, so you begin peeping out your window for the mail carrier. They have some convoluted explanation why they prefer not to use PayPal for US freelancers.

      Pros

      You have a chance to travel overseas without any insurance. Now I moved to a company where respects me and dont receive email more than 300 any more.

      Cons

      Incompetent but just young managers Lack of empathy and people from ny fly into each region to give an order to local team. They claim they spread they own culture and but i feel they dont understand about the culture. Incompetent managers give you an miserable life, they rake in all money but you will end up doing a work for managers not for yourself or company No compensation no yealr salary negotiation You will realize your manager misleads you by saying " can you please help~? " but its just an empty words. Lots of gossips among managers they dont evaluate people or inspire employees but just busy with talking bad things behind their back and making fun. No improvement or progress
