Pros

If you like systematic flow of work without new freshness and a lof of manual computer jobs, this is it for you.

Cons

- Too systematic, you're not allowed to do anything else. You experience micro-managing from your reporting manager and your manager is not supportive at all; only interested in getting their "task" done. Humiliating and very emotional. I do not recommend you to be there as a junior if you are looking for an open-minded, cooperative and supportive colleagues. - low salary, fixed. - no opportunity for salary negotiation. - Overtime working hours are limitless. You still work overtime even in your senior position. - Too many repetitive work for account managers.
