Your manager will only allow you to do it their way and any other way is wrong. - Low pay - Bad Work life balance - Pressure to get the vaccine (depends on the manager) - No skill up opportunity - No creativity or personality required, a robot can do our job

The NY office is toxic. The people there are miserable and the only ones who stay are those in revel in making others as miserable as them - everyone else quits. Beyond that, the level of incompetence, immorality, and highly unethical translation practices they engage in are soul-crushing. I would say no amount of money is worth working in an environment like that of TransPerfect, but they don't even pay well (one of the lowest Project Manager salaries in NYC, actually). I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs, both as a client and as a potential worker.
