Pros

Good comunication with flexible Schedule. I put my own hours although I had to accomplish an specific amount of task per day.

Cons

The pay was not great and they asked 400 task per day that sometimes it was more than 8 hours per day.

Good for fresh grads, don’t stay longer than 3 years

Pros

Good job for fresh graduates or someone from non-corporate jobs. But don’t stay for more than 3 years because you can’t grow much. transperfect works with big (really big) brands you can get good exposures.

Cons

-Low pay -No support on certifications (eg PMP) -high turnover rate -you are 100% replaceable and no extra mile is appreciated Upper Management (including CEO) ALWAYS brags about how the revenue keeps growing in each quarter. Ironically, all pay raises are freeze since COVID and management loves to “threaten” the employees by saying the business isn’t going well. You can easily imagine the extra revenue went to the pockets of executives and there is no appreciation to the employees.
