Nice co-workers as long as at the same level, managers act like they care but they don't, offices in worldwide locations

Cons

unreal expectations of perfection, scrutinizing by team lead, team lead bulldozed over managers

Pros

Access to big, long-term projects; opportunities for overtime; good entry-level pay.

Cons

No proactive offerings of salary increases or other benefits to contract workers, even for those working on long-term projects (projects lasting more than a year). Managers are sometimes unprofessional.

Pros

Great experience, flexible hours, and thorough training

Cons

When they switched project management systems, you have to claim your own projects, which meant that people who were available all day got all of the projects, and those who were not available during the day got no work. The pay was horrible. After the first year, I got a 12 cent raise - this was insanely insulting. To add insult to injury, the meager 12 cents was dealt with like a quarterly bonus (12 cents x number of hours worked per quarter). Too many people were lying on their timesheets as well.
