Pros

They actually pay you, not a scam. There is a person in charge of quality control and they randomly monitor your calls, letting you know what you're doing wrong or right.

Cons

The salary is low and unfair in a profession that requires full proficiency in two languages and compliance with codes of ethics and professional standards. There are no benefits whatsoever. No Work from Home jobs anymore. They require you to commute to their call center in Downtown Atlanta, no parking spaces available for employees. So for a job that pays $13.25 you need to commute to Atlanta, pay a parking space or bus fare. The math just doesn't add up. No career opportunities, just be an interpreter. No training opportunities, they do not invest in their employee's improvement. What culture? What values?

Pros

Beautiful location, just off the Milwaukee River. Close to urban "nature" and decent food. Low pressure from production manager.

Cons

The production team receives all of the blame and none of the recognition. Deadlines are tight, making the job stressful. Disgustingly procedure-oriented.

Pros

The people you work with. You'll love all of your coworkers there - young, smart and energetic.

Cons

The upper management is in shambles. They have no idea how overworked we are for such little pay. Production does all the work and gets all the blame, but Sales is the one raking in the dough. Little to no rewards for the project managers/coordinators. A manager said to me and my team "you guys are amazing work horses." To them, that's all we are - overworked and underpaid work horses. It's a revolving door here.
