Obviously, with any career, you are required to put in the time to ensure success. It is challenging at times but it does make up in other ways like happy hour with your team. Most sales people take Production for granted, and expect them to work around the clock to support them. In general, the company preys on young, desperate professionals who don't have much work experience (and don't know any better) so that they can work their employees into the ground. Nobody - not your boss, not your boss' boss, not your coworkers - cares about you as an individual. You really don't want to work here. Really.
