      Pros

      -Some cool people -Most are passionate about their work

      Cons

      -Utter chaos, especially since the company was sold -Complete frat club -Spend millions on company conferences and luxury travel for senior management but question cheap train tickets for anyone else for work-related travel -Most people in senior management have been with the company since graduating from college, so they have no idea how any other businesses operate and constantly make-it-up as they go with no regard for best practices

      None come to mind but maybe something positive will come from the sale of the company.

      Cons

      It was getting worse every day. The owners were fighting so badly that a Judge appointed a 3rd party just to keep the peace. In the end, they have to auction off the company so it will be under new control shortly.

      decent pay, good benefits, stable job, interesting industry

      Cons

      "walmart of the translation industry" long hours, sales people within the company can be unreasonable and terrible to work with, its as if the sales people in the company work against the production team its as if there is no camaraderie. the training is OK at best. the pool of linguists is good however in the majority of circumstances its not up to the clients standard. i would walk in to the office and received thousands of emails every morning and have to sort through them, the majority of them would be from needy or crazy linguists, crazy sales people, and unreasonable managers.
