Pros

None - even the workspace in New York is awful.

Cons

They can and will use you and prey on your trust and faith in them to be good and have your best interest at heart. Management has no idea how anything functions on a day to day level and continually pushes for more work with fake promises of promotions and the ability to move. If it's not in writing it's not going to happen. These are the slimiest people to work with.

Pros

Great work life balance - yes some days you do have to put in more work, but not too frequently. work culture at TPT doesn't expect you to work once your 'off the clock,' my manager never messages me outside working hours regarding work - something I cannot say about other jobs I've had. PT, holiday and healthcare are all perfectly in line with, if not above average. The work is super interesting and I think the growth opporunities are there if you show your worth.

Cons

Teams are pretty siloed from other departments, so I never really know what goes on elsewhere - doesn't usually bug me though. Pay isnt as competitive as I think it should be - but it's not unreasonable.

Pros

Great benefits, match your 401k, my department at least is incredibly flexible about days off. If you are in Sales, you will be rewarded for your efforts.

Cons

If you are not in Sales (or the CEO’s inner circle) you might as well be completely invisible. Sales are given bonuses, vacations, appreciation parties, and even growth/learning experiences by way of conferences. But if you are in Operations or Production and bust your butt everyday of the week, nights and weekend, for 12+ hours most days, you’ll probably just get a 1-2% raise each year that you’re supposed to think is the best thing that has ever happened to you. Your ideas for growth and business development will be ignored, and even if you’re made a manager of some kind, unless you are a senior vp or in sales, it doesn’t mean a thing.
