Pros
Most of the super jr people are nice and you might be able to make some friends through trauma bonding.
Cons
This place is an absolute nightmare. DO ANYTHING ELSE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Pay is unclear. Pay is structured like a toxic MLM that sells leggings. Everyone is basically slave labor for SSMs. Bosses are allowed to change your pay at any time without explanation. Management will promise pay they don't deliver on. Oh and MOST offensive of all is that your commission is dependent on you collecting on the money for the things you've sold. Sales is responsible and will be penalized if collections go over a certain number of days and all of your commission (even if other invoices were paid) gets cut in half. Political, cliquey, inhospitable environment to work in. Sexual harassment is an ongoing issue. Not to mention that they talk a big game about their products and only about a 1/3 are any good. Everything feels slapped together and nothing ever goes smoothly.
