Pros
The Project Manager position is a solid first job out of college. It's not particularly difficult, and can be picked up relatively easily.
Cons
Very stressful environment - not because the job is hard, but because there is simply too much to do and not enough people to do it in the hours that you're being paid for. A lot of unpaid overtime. Senior management seems to care only about how they're viewed, and blame generally falls on the more junior employees.
