Profit above people. Laying off and furloughing people during COVID without paying out unused PTO, health insurance or severance. You are just a commodity to them. No career advancement unless you are someone’s favorite or throw out the CEO cellphone during lawsuit. Toxic company culture at best. Richest translation company in the world but can not afford to take care of employees who worked tirelessly for them before letting them go into a recession. CEO is a corrupt greedy cheapskate. Just google him look at the lawsuit between founders.
