Pros

I loved the office and the view. The best part of the job was working with the linguists, some had great personalities while others were difficult but they all made the job interesting and different everyday. The company is great for straight out of college graduates who need experience and training for fast pace environments and multitasking. I learned a lot in the training and appreciated the high standards they put on their employees (at least the lifeSci department).

Cons

I really had a hard time feeling appreciated and valued at the company, I watched a lot of people quit in the short two years I worked there. My opinion was that the over all office tempo was depressing but this could change with the right effort from managemnt.

Pros

Steady, stable work. Decent pay and good work experience for future positions. Lots of paid time off, if you can actually find the time.

Cons

Sales people can literally do nothing wrong; production is constantly blamed for sales' mistakes, and are usually difficult/unreasonable to work with. More than a few sales people have difficultly with high school math, causing mistakes, which are then blamed on production as well. Some production departments pass all blame onto their vendors, which are all independent contractors. Sales people often do not know important information regarding the products they are selling. Company also expects you to work long hours, nights and weekends. They don't actually tell you that you have to, but they give you a company phone and suggest it's for working on the weekends. I rarely take vacations where I'm not answering emails 1-2 hours a day, on vacation. Sales and revenue is valued above all else.

Pros

Coworkers from all around the world and that is it.

Cons

Very unprofessional, this company does not care about the Interpreters. Lady from scheduling is the most incompetent and unpleasant to speak with, always with a terrible attitude and arrogance. Management is terrible.
