      Pros

      My colleagues at my professional level were mostly nice.

      Cons

      I did not have a great experience working there for 2 years because the managers in charge didn't know how to lead except to ask people to work harder. They didn't understand the industry which created more frustration. There was tension between the managers which ignited even more tension. I don't recommend it unless you thrive in difficult environments (some people did thrive).

      There really aren't any They under pay They overwork you The CEO has his head in rear end Upper manager is clueless

      Cons

      Me and half my team were fired for all the same reason and they couldn't give recent or relevant examples. The head of my department was on every shared inbox or distro list anyone might used. I was critiqued on my communication style ...to a shared inbox. The buck stops at whoever they can fire for the problem Hardly anyone who works in marketing actually can do marketing

      Toxic environment.

      Pros

      The only good thing is the people, but that depends what department or team you’re in.

      Cons

      Heavily under pays IT staff, while issuing the amount of work and crunch that makes you reconsider the IT field. The equipment, software, policies and upper management are behind in the times. I’ll say if it was the early 2000’s, it’ll be right at home. The ones who do good work will try, but it’s an uphill battle. Undervalues those who really try and care, but hires people just for the number of bodies. The company itself claims diversity and wholesomeness. But if you’re a minority, you’ll start seeing the cracks of the company. The culture of TransPerfect is glorified college fraternity, not investing in their workers but expects an applause things no one really cares about. The turnover for this place is high.
