      The translation industry is fast-paced and ever changing - this job requires people to be flexible and adaptable to change Deadline-driven work can be stressful Problem-solving skills and independent thinking are must-have skills coming into this role A lot of responsibility for an entry level role - this won't suit everyone but is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career relatively quickly

      Pros

      Fantastic Growth Opportunities - you get out what you put in, working hard leads to quick advancement. Responsibility - for someone of my age, I have a huge amount of responsibility and TransPerfect trusts me in this role. Most of the workforce is young (under 35) and this means the atmosphere is amazing. Colleagues become family - my best friends work with me here, I've been here over 5 years and have met almost all the sales team globally, we have a great team. TransPerfect is built on it's people, and they are fantastic.

      Cons

      As I say, you get out what you put in - that means a lot of hard work, long hours, weekends and evening etc. But you are rewarded for this.
