Pros

* Great pay * Excellent benefits * Unlimited vacation * Decent workplace & diversity culture

Cons

(In my particular experience within the division I worked for:) * Be prepared for a very lengthy interview process * Non-existent coaching, training or mentoring - especially as a new-hire * Highly insufficient support for remote employees * Constant technology issues, particularly tough for remote employees * Even during a wildly successful era of revenue growth, incoming division leadership was purely money-focused not people-focused - this is a stark contrast to how corporate tries to paint the philosophy of the company and internal PR

I'm disappointed to read your review and hear about your experience. It's a priority that every associate here at TU knows they're valued and supported. We've worked hard to offer meaningful, enriching development and training opportunities - even for our newest team members - so that everyone is set up for success. If you feel we're missing the mark and can do better, please reach out to me. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR

Pros

Former CTO - His drive and passion won some huge wins. Thank you for your thoughtful leadership. Opportunities - There are endless opportunities to solve problems , learn new tech, broaden horizons and to make a difference. Which is very satisfying. Benefits - FTO and location. Great work life balance. Collaboration & Engagement - Is great for a company of this size and diversity.

Cons

Questioning status quo always results in retaliation, Some form or the other. No career growth for women. Favoritism is predominant and only way for advancement. Very hierarchical top down management.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your review has me torn… on one hand, I couldn't be happier to read that you're enjoying challenging projects, benefits and team members here. That's good stuff! On the other hand, I don't like to hear you've experienced, or observed, some really unacceptable behavior at TU. There's no room for favoritism or sexism at our company. If you're willing, I'd love to speak with you so I can learn more. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
