Pros

Best benefits I've had in 20+ years in Sales. Medical withholding's are extremely reasonable, and out of pocket payments are minimal. Most medications are free. Generous 401k and TU Stock plans, I even got a 3% bonus last year deposited into my 401k. This is the first time I received a bonus while a commissioned salesperson. I can't speak for every division, but I work in a fast growing vertical that is developing/acquiring cutting edge solutions to me to offer clients. Sales management and executive management are solid, trustworthy people (something else that is rare is a sales environment!) CEO Jim Peck is an inspirational leader.

Cons

Just some of the typical "big company" bureaucracy.

Wow! What a positive review. TransUnion works hard to give its associates competitive benefits, so I’m glad to hear that listed as a pro. Thank you for sharing your review.

Pros

The company has been trying to change the work culture. A complete overhaul of the corporate offices have recently been completed and a major shift in technology infrastructure has taken place. Depending on what department you are in, flexible work arrangements (i.e. work from home) is allowed.

Cons

Work life balance, pay, unrealistic expectations from upper management, when working cross functionally departs do not work well together.

Hi there, we have definitely been working to continuously improve our company from office space to work culture over the last few years. We've completed substantial improvements on our foundational systems and processes and are looking to make continual strides in the next few years. Obviously, this is not a simple process, but we are committed to making the right investments in our people and workplace. - Mohit Kapoor, CTO
