None, you only get Pros if you're lucky enough to be amongst the first 4 waves in an account, otherwise, you get nothing but your salary.

Cons

HR is there to protect the upper management, not even the company itself, if you got a problem with the Operation Manager or the Senior Team Leader, you're alone, not amout of escalation is going to be enough, and in the end, you're the one who is going to be transferred to another account for talking.

High workload and strict KPIs. Micromanagement is a recurring complaint. Pressure from team leaders and management. Limited salary growth. Promotions may depend on the project or management rather than performance alone, according to some reviewers. Rotating shifts and work-life balance can be difficult. favoritism and inconsistent management.
