Pros

My trainer was sweet but that’s it

Cons

Working from home should be great right? Not, because you are remote, you get not even the bare minimum support. Training sucked and they throw you into calls and expect you to just know what you’re doing. I got sick for two days and that lead to termination (even with a hospital note). Schedule sucks. Training sucked. Evaluations are ridiculous. They bait you in with all this glamour and do not live up to it.

We appreciate hearing your feedback but would like to clarify that we offer 3 weeks of comprehensive training for our remote technical support role, followed by 2 weeks of nesting where you take calls with the help of our support staff. We utilize a variety of virtual tools so our remote employees are always connected to resources, team members, managers, and support staff during shifts and training. We do require 100% training during all of training and nesting as this is required to ensure you are prepared to succeed in the role, and this expectation is outlined in the job description and application. Although we were not a match for this employment opportunity, we wish you success in your future endeavors and appreciate your feedback to help us find opportunities to improve.

Pros

None at all, besides the ability to work from home.

Cons

Unfortunately... It’s definitely for first timers. No advancements.

Pros

I am able to work from home.

Cons

low pay for the amount of work you will be doing. Very strict rules. Whoever wrote the guidelines for this company were clearly on drugs. The shift hours have little to no variety as if you have no life outside of work.
