We appreciate hearing your feedback but would like to clarify that we offer 3 weeks of comprehensive training for our remote technical support role, followed by 2 weeks of nesting where you take calls with the help of our support staff. We utilize a variety of virtual tools so our remote employees are always connected to resources, team members, managers, and support staff during shifts and training. We do require 100% training during all of training and nesting as this is required to ensure you are prepared to succeed in the role, and this expectation is outlined in the job description and application.
