Pros

Get to work from home Initial training is great Trainers are really nice Co workers are great Most TLs are very nice Front Line position is easy once you get the hang of it Get paid on time and accurately Get paid for performance bonuses Recently started paid time off (although not comparable with most call centers) QA department is good Great to gain experience so you can apply later to a better company Good health benefits Constantly trying to get better Management seems to care

Cons

Low Pay No paid holidays A lot of mandetory overtime No pay increases Very little room for advancement Pay increase is only $1 for much higher responsibilities You can only apply for vacation (unpaid), a month in advance You have to supply your own equipment Shift changes multiple times within a year Training for new positions are poor Strict adherence rules for a company that doesn't pay for you being absent Expect a lot for very little pay Systems aren't up to grade compared to other call center companies Very high turn over

Pros

Working from home. The ability to increase salary via over time. 1-hour lunches, 2 (15)min breaks, etc

Cons

Some trainers are not very nice and talk to you in a rude and condescending way like you are not smart enough or fast enough. Seems to be some kind of competition thing on who can answer the fastest in training & a Teacher's pet mentality with some of the classmates.
