our ceo should know about what's happening here in transcom bacolod site,Philippines. Om's and TL's are mandating us to render ot.. this is against labor code.. even our restday we are required to report at work and worst they put us back from work at home to work at the office.. we are pretty much aware that we all need job,specially ww are facing crisis right now.. but please let us help each other. we are very afraid that we might bring virus to our own house. and yet managers are acting like they are the owner of this company..
