Pros

Flexible schedule that allows short "vacations" often. Ability to work from home. Stable job overall if you can seperate work and personal life in your head. I have colleagues from all different kinds of background, so it is very inclusive and diverse workplace. There are many helpful colleagues and team leaders.

Cons

Where do I start, HR is not trained to handle conflict at all, even in serious harassment cases. If they are desperate for new hires, they let any behaviour slide. Nothing is ever done about serious slackers, which is unfair to people who do their job. I don't think most people from higher management even care about the "Transcom values". There is little to no transparency between management and employees and lack of empathy as well. They may call you outside of work hours or message you. There is no actual pay raise for senior position, they just increase your hourly salary but lower your bonus. If they know you do your job well, they will make you do much more work than some others do, but you will not get any reward in return.
