+ you can get schedule that you need +easy work + you don't need education to work here +you can write to your TL that you don't feel good in the morning and miss work easely, you don't need document from doctor +nice team +free gym

Cons

-annoying group chat in whatsapp -low salary -boring work -you have to sell products

Pros

The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. Between co-workers and bosses there were so significant hierarchy. Flexible schedules upon agreement. Good relocation package and help offered for settling to a new country. Training was very thorough and gave a good readiness to begin working. Servicing clients of some of the biggest brands.

Cons

Gear used for taking calls was somewhat dated. Not many possibilities to step up the career ladder within the company. Tight goals to reach with your call handling time in order to receive a bonus.

Good meet new young peoples, make new friends and salary is regular and on time. Flex work time. Vegs in fridays are for health.

Cons

More angry customers, and not clean condicioners. No health incurance but sitting work damaged physically and mental health. This make often sick.
