Very Dysfunctional

Pros

The salary offered for the local market was very fair and the idea of what it can be was very appealing.

Cons

A very dysfunctional environment with a lot of micro-management. This local office is operating as an "island" from the corporate office in Houston. I personally do not believe that corporate has any idea of the environment and rules broken at this location. Long hours and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Great company, fun culture here. There are opportunities for advnacement

Cons

You need to really push for advancement- there are a lot of big company policy red tape that can get in the way of systems progress- but you just have to push and you will be listened to.
