Pros

Great company culture. Employees are made to feel like an important part of the success of the company. Good communication from the top down.

Cons

If you are an admin or support person and you do not want to move up to leasing, there aren't opportunities for promotion. They do not promote admins to Executive Assistants. Executive Assistants are always hired from outside before the opening is even public knowledge. It seems unfair and inconsistent with the rest of the company policies. Aside from that, the support staff is treated well and can easily obtain training and tools to enhance their performance.

Pros

Friendly co-workers. Decent benefits for some offices.

Cons

Property managers and accounting staff over worked. Constant changes. Bad company management. Favoritism and office politics at some offices.
